摘    要:分析了传统重介质旋流器分选工艺的优缺点,提出了预先脱泥无压给料重介质旋流器高效分选新工艺;该工艺继承了传统工艺的优点,摒弃了缺点;在西曲选煤厂的应用表明,可提高选煤效率和精煤产率,获得更高的经济效益。

Abstract:Advantages and disadvantages of conventional HM cyclone analyzed,a new and high efficient technology of HM cyclone for de-slimed feed provided;it preserves conventional technology′s advantages and ejects disadvantages and gives merits in application at Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant that separation efficiency and concentrate recovery increased and more economic benefit obtained.
