| Abstract: | The paper presents a cooperative exploration for teaching generative art with focus on generative architecture using computers; exploring education and application utilized GA in the field of architecture. Generative design, which integrates multidisciplinary collaborative thinking in unconventional ways, is lacking methodologies or teaching experience in Chinese universities. The writer explored possibilities of undergraduate education of GA in China through cooperating teaching between Chair of CAAD, ETH Zurich (Switzerland) and Southeast University (Nanjing China). |
