试论提高大学生就业率的有效途径与方法

随着我国高校数量以及招生规模的不断扩大，大量毕业生的就业问题成为各个高校亟待解决的首要问题，这一问题也已成为社会焦点问题。因此，解决大学毕业生的就业问题是我国政府及教育机构重点工作之一。文章对大学生就业困难做出了认真的分析，并在此基础上提出了相关的解决途径与方法。

On the effective ways to raise the employment rate of the college students

With the continuous extension of the college numbers and admission scale, the employment of a large number of graduates has become the principle problem for all the universities to solve and it has also become the social hot point problem. So, to solve the employment problem of the college students is one of the major jobs of our government and educational institutions. This paper analyzes the difficulties in the employment of the colleges students and puts forward some solutions.
