摘    要:运用液相色谱法分别对山东、安徽、云南、湖北四种产地和烘干、冻干、新鲜三种加工后的蛹虫草中腺苷、虫草素、N-6-2羟乙基腺苷进行比较,考察不同地区、不同加工方法的蛹虫草核苷物质含量及种类差别,以期找到蛹虫草的较好来源及其加工方法。结果表明:热水提取法的效果明显比超声提取法好。云南产地蛹虫草中腺苷、虫草素、N-6-2羟乙基腺苷含量最高,分别为0.19,0.21和0.24 mg/g。新鲜蛹虫草超声水提后腺苷、虫草素、N-6-2羟乙基腺苷含量明显要比冻干、烘干含量高。

Abstract:Adenosine,cordycepin and N-6-2 hydroxyethyladenosine in Cordyceps militaris from four production areas in Shandong,Anhui,Yunnan and Hubei were dried,freeze-dried and freshly processed using liquid chromatography.The contents and types of Cordyceps militaris in different regions and different processing methods in order to find a better source of Cordyceps militaris and its processing methods were compared.The results showed that the effect of the hot water extraction method was significantly better than the ultrasonic extraction method.The content of adenosine,cordycepin and N-6-2 hydroxyethyladenosine in Cordyceps militaris from Yunnan was 0.19,0.21 and 0.24 mg/g.Fresh Cordyceps militaris after water extraction contents with adenosine,Cordycepin and N-6-2 hydroxyethyladenosine were significantly higher than freeze-dried content and dried content.
