摘    要:以山茶油原油为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验,对制备化妆品级无色山茶油的脱色工艺进行了优化。最佳脱色工艺条件为活性白土和活性炭的比例为20∶1,脱色温度90℃,脱色时间为20 min,脱色剂用量为6%,脱色时搅拌速度为150 r/min,达到最大脱色率98.22%。

Abstract:With crude camellia oil as material,the decolorization process of cosmetic grade colorless camellia oil was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The result showed that the optimum decolorizing conditions were as followings:the ratio of activated clay and activated carbon was 20∶1,the temperature was 90℃,the decolorization reaction time was 20 min,and the dosage of mixed decolorizing agent was 6%,and agitation rate was 150 r/min.Under the best conditions,the bleaching rate was up to 98.22%.
