摘    要:在实际工业生产过程中存在大量极值调节的问题,以往的动态寻优方法要求控制对象线性部分的数学模型已知,即N阶惯性环节的参数已知,但是要想准确地获得这些参数是非常困难的,文中经分析研究表明:可用低阶的惯性环节近似替代准确的高阶模型,仿真结果证明这种近似替代不仅是完全可行的,而且在实际工业控制过程中很容易实现,先验知识需求的降低使极值调节控制系统调试简单,使用方便。

Abstract:There are many extremum value control problems in an industrial process.It is necessary for the mathematical model of a linear part about a control plant to be known according to the previous way of dynamically seeking the optimum of a system,i.e.the parameters of the N order inertia segment have to be knowm.However,it is very difficult to get these parameters accurately.After an analysis and research,some important conclusions are obtained in this paper.The use of a series of a lower order inertia segment and pure time delay segment instead of an actual high-order accurate model can not only be practicable,but also be easily realized in an industrial process.Decreasing the priori knowledge about a model brings about a simple and convenient adjustment to an actual extrimum value control system.
