| 摘 要： | 素质教育的核心任务是创新教育，创新教育涉及到学校教育的方方面面，本从学校教育管理对培养创新人才所起的作用的角度，探讨了教师教育管理工作应注意的几个问题，并对创新人才培养中强化学生个性，加强素质教育等问题提出了一些看法和建议。

From the point of the function of cultivating creative talents made by school educational management, the article discussed some problems that should be put attention to in our teachers' daily management in school. And it also put forward some new ideas and suggestions on such aspects of the students' personality development as the cultivation of creative talents, the strength of quality education. |
