摘    要:介绍了苛化工段控制系统的软硬件设计,并针对传统PID不能在线实时调整PID参数的缺点,利用BP网络与PID相结合,完成了在线实时调整PID参数,使控制系统处于一种最优工作状态.

Abstract:This paper introduces the designs of hardware and software of the control system of causticizing station. Considering the disadvantage of tradition PID which can not real time self-adjust its parameters, this paper uses BP network combining with PID to realize adjustment of PID parameters, the control system offers a optimum working condition to the causticizing station.
