摘    要:研究了奥氏体化规范对5CrNiMo钢组织和性能的影响,提出了发挥5CrNiMo钢强韧性的热处理工艺,为生产部门应用热作模具钢提供了科学依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of austenitization process on the microstructures and mechanical properties of 5CrNiMo steel is studied. The heat-treatment process for hard- ness and strength steel of 5CrNiMo is suggested. Meantime, the scientific basis of apply ing hot-working dies steel for department of production has been provided.
