摘    要:针对胜炼污水COD异常升高的问题,通过液相色谱法、水溶性试验、可生化性分析等方法查找到影响污水处理的原因,对多种管输原油减阻剂进行了水溶性、可生化性及电脱盐评价,筛选出适宜的减阻剂,基本消除了管输原油减阻剂对污水处理系统的影响,并确保了原油输送量。提供了一种通过源头优化解决下游污水处理难题的途径。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the abnormal rise on COD in Shengli refinery sewage,influence factors on sewage treatment were found by means of liquid chromatogram method,water-soluble test and biodegradability analysis.Water-soluble,biodegradability and electric desalting properties of various pipeline drag reducer were evaluated;appropriate drag reducer was selected.The effect of pipeline oil drag reducer on sewage treatment system was eliminated basically,and oil conveying capacity was ensured.This paper provided a method that the optimization from the source could solve some problems during the downstream sewage treatment.
