聚乙烯催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:综述Ziegler-Natta催化剂、Phillips催化剂、茂金属催化剂、后过渡金属催化剂和复合催化剂等5种聚乙烯催化剂的发展历程及特点。重点介绍复合催化剂在制备双峰聚乙烯等高性能聚乙烯产品中的研究进展。指出今后国内单一反应器聚乙烯工艺技术发展需用复合催化剂。

Abstract:Development procedure and characteristics of polyethylene catalysts including Ziegler-Natta catalyst,Phillips catalyst,metallocene catalyst,late transition metal catalyst and hybrid catalysts were reviewed.Research progress of preparing bimodal polyethylene and other high performance polyethylene products by hybrid catalysts was introduced emphatically.This paper concluded that hybrid catalysts were essential for domestic single reactor polyethylene process technology.
