| 摘 要： | 分析中国石化齐鲁分公司储运厂强自吸泵运行过程中泵不上量的原因,认为管线铺设不合理致使管线排气不彻底、阻力偏大。提出针对性的改造建议,保证了泵的正常运行。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the reasons of the strong self-priming pumps low discharge rate during operation in Storage Plant of Qilu Branch Co.,SINOPEC,concluded that the pipelines were irrationally laid out and the gas in them could not be discharged completely,which led to a larger flow resistance.Recommendations were made on the revamping which have been put into practice and ensured the normal operation of the pump. |
