Unipol气相工艺高密度聚乙烯树脂的氯化研究

摘    要:采用凝胶渗透色谱法、扫描电镜分析、筛重法、差示扫描量热法、压汞法等研究了Unipol气相工艺技术生产的HDPE树脂PE-2的相对分子质量及其分布、颗粒形态、颗粒大小及分布、结晶性能、颗粒比表面积、孔隙率等,并与Hostalen淤浆工艺技术生产的CPE专用HDPE树脂粉PE-1进行了性能结构对比。考察了PE-2经氯化后产品的结构和性能变化,试验结果表明PE-2经氯化后,粒径尺寸大幅度提高,粒径分布变窄,材料刚性降低,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低。

Abstract:The molecular weight and its distribution,granule morphology,granule size and its distribution,crystallization properties,specific surface area of granule,pore volume of HDPE resin PE-2 produced by unipol gas phase polymerization process were studied and compared with the HDPE resin for producing chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) by Hostalen slurry polymerization process by means of gel permeation chromatography(GPC),scanning electronic microscope(SEM),granule sieving method,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and mercury intrusion method.The change of properties and structure of PE-2 were studied after chlorination.Results showed that after chlorinated,PE-2 had larger granule size,narrower granule size distribution,lower rigidity,lower tensile strength and elongation at break.
