催化裂化催化剂微反活性指数气相色谱法测定研究

摘    要:主要介绍了利用新型岛津GC-2014C氢火焰色谱仪测定催化裂化催化剂微反活性指数的方法研究。通过考察柱初温、终温、程序升温速率以及汽化室和检测器的温度等色谱条件,确定了标准样品中汽油含量的校正因子(K)值。测定结果表明,该方法具有重复性好、准确度及检测灵敏度高等优点。

Abstract:The paper studied test method of microreating reactivity index of FCC catalyst by new type shimadzu GC -2014C hydrogen flame chromatograph. Start temperature, final temper- ature and temperature - programmed rate of the column, temperature of vaporizing chamber and detector were investigated, value of correction factor (K) for gasoline content in standard sam- ple was determined. The test results showed the method possessed many advantages, such as good repeatability, high accuracy and detection sensitively etc.
