| 摘 要： | 采用定性和定量RBI分析相结合方法对煤制气装置进行风险评估。根据评估结果对装置中的静设备和管道进行了风险排序,并对高风险设备和管道进行了原因分析。给出了主要的运行损伤模式与机理,提出了降低风险的措施,制定了基于RBI分析的优化检验策略。

| Abstract: | Risk assessment was made in the coal -to -gas plant by the combination oi qualitative and quantitative RBI analysis. Risks were ranked in static equipments and pipelines of the plant according to the risk assessment results, and causes were analyzed for the equip- ments and pipelines with high risk. The paper gave the main mode and mechanism of the run- ning damages, provided measures on risk reduction, and made optimized test strategies basing on RBI analysis. |
