摘    要:在计算场致发射体阴极发射电流时 ,影响发射电流的主要因素是阴极表面的电场强度。由于发射电流密度的大小和阴极表面场强呈指数关系 ,阴极表面场强很小的变化将引起发射电流的剧烈变化 ,所以提高阴极表面场强的计算精度是至关重要的。本文提出了一种计算阴极表面场强的新方法——待定系数法 ,并用该方法计算了一个二极管场致发射体的阴极表面电场强度和电流密度。

Abstract:The emission current density of the field emitteris primary determined by the surface field strength of the cathode.According to the Fowler Nordheim formual,the emission current density is very sensitive to electric field strength.If the surface field strength of the cathode has a small variation,the emission current density will change great.So it is important to improve the precisient method,is proposed which can be used to calculate the surface field strength of the cathode more accurately than interpolation method.This method is applied to calculate the surface field strength and emission current density of a diode field emitter in this paper.
