| 摘 要： | 通过实验的方法,直接验证圆柱镦粗时剪应力分布曲线。由于摩擦剪应力存在,圆柱镦粗后发生不均匀变形,研究其半径的变化可得出r-R_i曲线,其形状和r-τ曲线一致。

| Abstract: | The distribution curve of shear stress daring upsetting was simply determined by the experiments. Due to the presence of the frictional shear stress.the deformation of upset bar was non-uniform. By the investigation into the changes of the diameters of the bar.the r Ri curve could be obtained .which had the same shape as r-r curves. |
