钼酸盐缓蚀剂对混凝土中钢筋的缓蚀作用

通过失重悬挂法和恒电位极化曲线研究了钼酸盐系缓蚀剂在混凝土模拟液中对钢筋的缓蚀作用。结果表明：随着单一缓蚀剂用量的增大，缓蚀效果增强；复配后的钼系缓蚀剂能有效抑制钢筋腐蚀过程的阴极和阳极反应，可以减少单一缓蚀剂的用量，具有很好的协同缓蚀作用。

ANTICORROSIVE EFFECTS OF COMPOSITE MOLYBDENATE INHIBITORS ON REINFORCING STEEL

The anticorrosive influences of molybdenate and its composite inhibitors on the corrosion behavior of reinforcement bar were investigated in simulated concrete solution with high chlorine ion contents by weight loss methods and polarization curves. The results show that the anticorrosive effect was increased with increasing the concentration of each inhibitor of sodium molybdate, propenylthiourea or diethylentriamine. Furthermore, the composite inhibitors have favorable synergistic effects which can simultaneously restrain the anodic and cathodic reactions and decrease the amount of inhibitors under the condition of keeping high anticorrosive efficiency.
