摘    要:针对20G锅炉管道用钢在使用过程中出现开裂的问题,分别采用化学成分分析、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对开裂试样进行全面的分析与讨论。结果表明:20G锅炉管道用钢失效的主要原因在于长期液体流动冲刷过程中其表面的氧化和冲刷腐蚀,从而导致失效产生。建议选用更加抗腐蚀的管道材料,或者合理控制流动液体的酸碱度,减少腐蚀。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the cracking problems of pipeline steel 20G during application process, the cracking samples were comprehensively analyzed and discussed by using chemical composition analysis, metallurgical analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectroscopy. It was concluded that the failure of boiler pipeline steel 20G was mainly produced by the surface oxidation and erosion-corrosion during the long-term scouring process of fluid flow. It was suggested that piping materials with stronger corrosion-resistance should be used, or the acidity of the flow liquid should be properly controlled, so that corrosion was reduced.
