摘    要:通过常规疲劳试验和超声疲劳试验测试模具钢107周次疲劳性能和108超高周次疲劳性能,对模具钢超高周疲劳试样断口进行了分析。将两种不同频率下模具钢试样的疲劳性能进行对比探讨模具钢的频率效应,将20 k Hz频率下两种不同尺寸试样的疲劳性能进行对比探讨模具钢的尺寸效应。结果表明:20 k Hz和130 Hz下模具钢107周次的疲劳极限相差9%,不同尺寸的两种圆弧形试样108周次下的疲劳极限相差16%。

Abstract:107 cycle fatigue property and the 108 cycle fatigue property of module steel was obtained via the conventional fatigue testing and ultrasonic fatigue testing. The fracture surfaces was analyzed by SEM. The test results at 20 kHz and 130 Hz were compared to investigate the frequency effect of module steel. The test results of two specimen groups with different sizes at 20 kHz were compared to investigate the size effect of module steel. The results show that there is 9% difference of the fatigue limit strength at 20 kHz and 130 Hz within 107 cycles ,and there is 16% difference of the fatigue limit strength of the two specimen groups with different sizes within 108 cycles.
