摘    要:在统计并分析超声波探伤不合格钢板时,发现钢板中主要存在3种类型缺陷。使用自动超声波探伤设备、手动超声波检测仪、扫描电镜3种工具分别对缺陷试样进行检测,归纳总结了3种缺陷的特点及形式,从而为前道工序从源头上控制缺陷产生提供了深有意义的参考,同时有助于提高无损检测人员的能力。

Abstract:There are mainly three types of defects in the substandard steel plates detected by ultrasonic inspection. These defective specimens were respectively tested by automatic ultrasonic flaw detection, manual ultrasonic detection and scanning electron microscope. The characteristics and forms of the defects were summarized. Some significant references can be provided to control defect, and improve the ability of non-destructive testing personnel.
