摘    要:中厚板在超声波探伤时大批量不合格,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针对断裂钢坯进行了分析。结果表明:钢板中探伤检测不合格部位存在很多的大尺寸夹渣、偏析条带和裂纹。分析认为大尺寸夹渣以及偏析条带在连铸和轧制时共同作用导致钢板内产生裂纹,大尺寸夹渣和产生的裂纹均会导致钢板探伤检测不合格。

Abstract:A large quantities of heavy plates were substandard by ultrasonic testing, and the cracked billet was analyzed by means of metallurgical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and electron microprobe. The results show that there was a lot of large size slag, segregation bands and cracks in substandard parts of the plate. The analysis concludes that the large size slag and segregation bands resulted in crack in the casting and rolling, and the large size slag and crack will both cause the substandard plates by ultrasonic testing.
