摘    要:针对中厚板热连轧后出现伸长性能不合格现象进行了系统分析。Q345D钢板金相组织均为铁素体+珠光体,试验钢中A类硫化物规格为15~25μm,C类硅酸盐夹杂物规格为50~2 000μm。结果表明:伸长性能不合格的试样通常夹杂物超标或带状组织级别较高,冷弯断裂试样普遍存在分层现象,夹杂物类别主要为A类硫化物与C类硅酸盐夹杂。

Abstract:The hot rolled medium steel plate of unqualified elongation properties was systemically?analysis. The microstructure?of Q345D?steel?were ferrite and pearlite.The class A of sulfide specifications was 15-25 μm, the class C of silicate inclusions specifications was 50-2 000 μm in the test steel. The results show that there was usually exceeded inclusions or banded structure in the test steel of unqualified elongation?properties, there was widespread delamination in cold bending fracture specimen. Inclusions category mainly was class A of sulfide and class C of silicate inclusions.
