| 摘 要： | 住宅与房地产电子政务系统中存在大量的数据,虽然满足了业务系统的应用需求,但如何使这些数据实现更有效的共享,并从中抽取出更多有意义的数据和知识是具有行业特色的电子政务系统建设的一个关键内容。文中主要针对住宅与房地产电子政务平台的规划和需求,根据住宅与房地产行业特点,首先建立住宅与房地产电子政务系统的数据仓库,然后设计相关数据挖掘算法进行数据挖掘,得出了较有意义的挖掘结果,为决策者提供了具有辅助决策意义的数据及其分析结果。
