摘    要:控制轧制技术五十年代在欧洲开始应用,后由日本钢铁企业发展成今天全新的控轧工艺,这种新工艺技术由微合金化处理、控制轧制和控制冷却组成。本文通过对控轧Q345钢板性能的研究,证明通过控制轧制生产低温韧性钢板是完全可行的。

Abstract:Controlled rolling was actually applied in Euroupe in the 1950's. then the ?new controlled rolling process of today was builtup in Japan's steel mill, this advanced techn-ology contains micro, alloying treatment controlled rolling,and controlled cooling,This article,through the study of properties of controlled rolled Q345E plates, proves that through cont rolled rolling process, to produce low temperature toughness plate is feasible
