| 摘 要： | EMH电能表装置校验数据管理系统,主要是解决进口的EMH装置无法自动输出中文格式报告和校验数据无法自动上传用电MIS系统的问题。简要介绍了该系统的设计方案、设计原则和解决的关键问题。

| Abstract: | A new developed Test Data Management System for EMH watt-hour meter testing equipment is utilized to resolve the issues that the EMH equipment is lack of capability to handle Chinese formulated reports and to automate the data transfer to MIS for power service.This article briefly describes the design and principle of the management system as well as the key points. |
