基于CAN总线数控系统远程输入输出模块的设计与实现

摘    要:CAN作为一种可靠性高、价格低廉、技术成熟、实现简单的现场总线技术在众多领域得到了广泛的应用。在数控系统领域中,经济型数控系统输入输出接口紧缺和输入输出信号在远程传输过程中易受干扰问题越来越明显,在对以上问题研究的基础上,提出了一种基于CAN总线设计数控系统远程输入输出模块的方案。

Abstract:CAN is a kind of excellent field bus with high reliability,low cost,has been applied in many fields.In the field of the CNC system,the shortage problem of input-output nodes in economical CNC system is very distinctive and the error ratio of input-output signal in teletransmission is very high.In order to solve the problem above,it will be introduced that CAN bus technology is used in CNC system with an example of designing a long-distance I/O station.
