掺杂对铌酸锂光折变响应速度的提高

摘    要:在LiNbO3晶体掺入Tb离子,可提高晶体的光折变响应速度。Tb:Fe:LiNbO3晶体既保留了Fe:LiNbO3良好的光折变性能,同时其光折变响应时间大大缩短,可达十几秒,光折变响应速度的提高。可归结为晶光电导的增大,使得晶体内空间电荷场的建立更加迅速。

Abstract:The photorefractive response speed of LiNbO_3 crystal can be increased by doping with Tb ions.Su-perior photorefractive properties of Tb:Fe:LiNbO_3 will not only remained as Fe:LiNbO_3,but also its responsetime will be shortened greatly. This is due to the building of space charge field in the crystal more rapidly,as thephotoconductance increases.
