| Abstract: | Whether in developed country or developing country, middle and small scale corpora tions are both the strut of economy and are facing the same problem of fund shortage in their pro cess of development. The practice show that the credit guarantee system is an effective method to solve above problem. The paper introduces the history of credit guarantee system, analyses its ex isting problem in China and provides some constructive opinions and measures on these problems. |
