摘    要:以低模数的硅酸钾溶液和硅溶胶为原料,制备成稳定性良好的高模数硅酸钾溶液。讨论了温度、硅烷偶联剂种类和搅拌速度等因素对制备高模数硅酸钾溶液的影响。比较了研制的水性无机富锌涂料和国内外同类产品的性能。介绍了水性无机富锌涂料的施工工艺。

Abstract:Low modulus potassium silicate solution and silica sol were adopted to prepare the high modulus potassium silicate solution with good stability. The influences of temperature, various silane coupling agent and agitation speed on the preparation of high modulus potassium silicate were discussed. The performance of the developmental waterborne inorganic zinc rich coatings and the similar product at home and abroad was compared. The application technology of the coatings was introduced.
