PTT纤维及成纱拉伸性能的探讨

摘    要:PIT纤维是一种新型的聚酯纤维,具有优异的拉伸回弹性和染色性能,服用性能好。对PTT纤维的强伸性能进行了测试分析,并与PET、PA6、PA66纤维进行了性能对比;对PTT短纤纯纺纱和PTT/C 70/30混纺纱的拉伸断裂指标进行了测试,绘制了拉伸曲线图。分析表明:PTT短纤纯纺纱仍然保持了较好的弹性。断裂伸长率高,断裂功可以满足要求;PTT/C 70/30短纤混纺纱弹性模量增高,拉伸曲线差异大。

Abstract:PTT fibre is newly polyester fibre. It has very excellent stretch and recovery property, dyeing behavior and wearing characteristics. The strength & extension property of PTT fibre is tested and analysed, and compared with PET, PA6, PA66 fibres. The tensile breaking indexes of PTT staple pure spinning yarn and PTT/C 70/30 blended yarn are tested. Then the tensile graph is drew. The result shows: PTT staple pure spinning yarn has better elasticity and high breaking extension rate, its work of breaking can fulfill the demand. PTT/C 70/30 staple blended yarn has high elastic modulus and big difference of tensile curve.
