系统地分析了现有评标方法及其存在的问题,尝试引入价值工程进行工程评标,通过功能、成本及价值评价系数的计算,对评标工作进行了价值分析,建立了新的评标模型,从实践的角度,对引入价值工程后的评标模型进行实例分析,以验证其可行性和可操作性.

Application of value engineering in construction bidding

Based on a systematic analysis of the problems existed in the methods of bidding evaluation,we try to introduce value engineering into bidding evaluation.Depends on the function,cost and value evaluation index,to carry on the value analysis of the evaluation work and set up of a new bid evaluation model.This paper also uses the introduction of value engineering evaluation model example to verify its feasibility and practicability from practical point of view.
