摘    要:本文通过预先热处理获得不同原始组织,研究了残余碳化物形态对GCr15 钢淬火组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,原始组织中的网状碳化物在两相区淬火加热时,大都残存于奥氏体晶粒之中,其周围基体多为位错型马氏体。若该残余碳化物尺寸较大且形状不规则时,将严重损害钢的强韧性;若碳化物网较为细薄,则对钢的强度与韧性影响不大。

Abstract:The effect of morphology of retained carbides on quenched structure and properties has been examined in GCr15 steel with different microstructure obtained by pre-heat treatment.The experimental results show that when heated in the 2-phase regin netted carbides in the original structure mostly remain withip. the austenite grains and martensites of dislocation type are in the vicinity of them. Strength and toughness of GCr15 steel are drastically decreased when the retained carbides are of greater size and irregular shape, and hardly affected when the carbide network is finer.
