水煤浆浓度快速测定的试验方法研究

摘    要:用传统方法和美国丹佛分析仪器公司生产的IR - 10 0红外水分分析仪测定水煤浆浓度 ,以传统方法测得的浓度为标准 ,选择红外水分分析仪快速测定水煤浆浓度的适宜温度和时间。在试验过程中 ,研究了加热温度、样品初重、样品浓度等对测定时间的影响。并且探讨了用仪器的斜率设定功能自动控制加热时间的可行性 ,分析了平行测定结果。

Abstract:Conventional method and IR-100 Infrared Moisture Analyzer made by Danver Instrument Co. U.S.A. was used for detecting concentration of C W M The concentration detected with conventional method was taken as standard on which selection of proper temperature and time was conducted for quick detection of concentration of C W M by Infrared Moisture Analyzer and during the experiment, research work was carried out on effect of heating temperature, sample initial weight, sample concentration etc on detecting time. An approach was also made to the feasibility in automatic control of heating time using the function set up based on instrument slope. The results obtained from parallel test were also analyzed.
