摘    要:针对重质常压馏分油碱洗电精制存在的乳化问题,采用微波辐射法脱除油品中的环烷酸,并对工艺条件进行了实验室研究。试验结果表明,当反应器中试验油量为20 mL,在溶剂与油体积比为0.25,辐射压力为0.10 MPa,恒压辐射时间为8 min,微波功率为450 W的条件下,可将辽河常三线馏分油的酸度由227.2 mgKOH/(100mL)降至4.54 mgKOH/(100mL),油品回收率达到99.0%。

Abstract:Microwave radiation was applied in the laboratory to remove the naphthenic acid from atmospheric heavy distillate for solving the emulsification in caustic-wash electrofining, and the optimum conditions were investigated. 20mL Liaohe atmospheric 3rd side cut was added into the reactor with the solvent, at a solvent/oil ratio of 0. 25, a radiation pressure of 0. 10 MPa and a time of 8 min using 450w microwave, the acid number of the distillate was reduced from 227. 2 mgKOH/(100mL) to 4. 54 mgKOH/(100mL) with an oil recovery of 99. 0%.
