摘    要:针对矿山、油田等易燃易爆地段温度报警的空间准确定位要求,研究了基于光时域反射计 (OTDR)原理的准分布光纤温度报警系统.依据系统的结构与原理分析,完成了半导体激光器(LD)的高速驱动电路和雪崩光电二极管(APD)增益的温漂补偿电路等硬件设计,优化了系统软件的编译.结合在线调试,设计了基于形状记忆效应的温度阈值执行器.试验结果表明系统能稳定运行,且具有1.5 m的空间分辨率和低于16 s的响应时间等优良的性能参数.

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement to accurately locate the temperature warning position in the inflammable and explosive place such as mine and oil field, we had studied the quasi-distributed fiber temperature warning system (QDFTWS) based on optical time domain reflectometer(OTDR). According to system's principle and structure, we had designed a high-speed driving circuit for LD and compensation circuit for APD′s gain, and we also optimized the system software. Relying on on-line debugging, we had designed the threshold temperature actuator grounded on shape memory alloy (SMA). The experimental results showed that the system can operate stably, and has such excellent performance parameter as 1.5 m spatial resolution and the response time of less than 16 s.
