| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the feasibility of the value engineering in the appraising tender of engineer project,points out some actual operation steps,explores how to apply the value engineering theory to choose bidder in a reasonable way based on some examples,so as to reform the methods of the appraising tender of engineer project. |
