摘    要:为了研究井筒中煤粉在排采过程中的产出规律,促进地层产出煤粉的有效排出,利用自主研发的CBM-WS型高压煤储层井筒模拟装置进行了模拟实验来探索井筒中煤粉采出的影响因素。实验结果表明,井筒中煤粉颗粒受地层中煤粉产出、排采速度和煤粉分散情况等因素的影响。当排采速度较低时,井筒中采出煤粉颗粒粒度<20 μm,大部分粒度40~100 μm的煤粉颗粒没有采出;随着排采速度的增加,采出煤粉数量显著增加,粒度也明显增大;在流体速度达到临界流速,煤粉采出量趋于稳定。加入FYXF-30分散剂后,能够将进入井筒中的较大颗粒煤粉分散并采出。

Abstract:This paper studied how coal powders are produced in wellbore during the CBM production,and how the yield of coal powders from coal seams is enhanced.The CBM-WS,the instrument for simulating the CBM production from wellbores in high pressure coal seam,was used for investigating the factors affecting the yield of coal powders.The results indicate that the yield of coal powders is related to the coal powders from coal seam,gas production rate,and coal powders concentration.When the gas production rate is low,the radius of produced coal powders from wellbore is less than 20 μm,and the most coal powders with radii between 40 and 100 μm cannot be produced;as the gas production rate increases,both the number and radius of coal powders increase significantly;when the flow rate reaches a critical value,the yield of coal powders will not change too much.After adding coal powder dispersant FYXF-30,the large coal powders in wellbores could be pulverized and then produced.
