液压支架与围岩耦合关系及应用

摘    要:基于“砌体梁”理论力学模型,对支架所受顶板岩层载荷进行分类,采用理论分析方法对支架与围岩耦合作用关系进行研究,提出支架与围岩之间存在刚度耦合、强度耦合、稳定性耦合关系,并分析了酸刺沟煤矿大采高综放液压支架失稳破坏原因。认为顶板动载荷主要受破断基本顶岩块与随动岩层自身质量、回转空间共同影响,直接顶(含顶煤)-支架-底板的整体刚度可以影响基本顶的断裂位置,从而降低基本顶来压对支架的作用力与作用时间;合理的支架支护强度可以降低顶板下沉量与下沉速度,减轻顶板动载冲击对支架的影响,支架支护强度还对底板及煤壁片帮冒顶产生影响;支架自身稳定性及对围岩失稳的适应性是支架-围岩系统稳定性耦合的关键。

Abstract:Based on the bond-beam structure mechanical model,the relationship between hydraulic support and surrounding rock coupling was studied by theoretical analysis method.The roof strata load in hydraulic support was classified.Stiffness coupling,strength coupling and stability coupling in hydraulic support and surrounding rock coupling relationship were proposed,which was applied in Suancigou Mine to analyze the hydraulic support failure.Dynamic load is composed of roof weight and rotary space.The whole stiffness of immediate roof,hydraulic support and baseboard can influence the location of roof break.Reasonable supporting intensity can reduce the deflection and settling velocity.The influence of dynamic load impact to hydraulic support was reduced.The supporting intensity can influence the baseboard and coal wall.The stability of hydraulic support and adaptation to surrounding rock is the key to the hydraulic support system and surrounding rock stability.
