哈尔滨绍和水厂自控系统改造实践

摘    要:介绍了哈尔滨绍和水厂自控系统改造的情况,对改造前、后净水工艺(加药、反应搅拌、刮泥排泥、加氯、过滤等)控制方式以及自控系统运行效果进行了比较,并总结了自控系统运行两年来的实践经验和体会.改造结果表明,除了水质得到进一步提升外,制水成本降低了17%,产水能力增加了343×104m3/a.

Abstract:The reconstruction of automatic control system in Harbin Saur Waterworks is introduced.The control methods,such as chemicals dosing,reaction mixing,mud scraping and discharging,chlorination,filtration and the operation effect of the automatic control system before and after the reconstruction are compared.The practical experience of the automatic control system operated for two years is summarized.The water quality is improved,the cost for producing water is reduced by 17%,and the capacity for producing wat...
