摘    要:采用铁粉腐蚀法对石油酸的腐蚀性进行了研究。试验结果表明,石油酸腐蚀受温度、反应时间、铁粉用量的影响较大,最严重的腐蚀发生在280-320℃;腐蚀时间越长、加入铁粉越多,腐蚀则越严重。该法可以模拟石油加工过程中装置不同部位的温度进行腐蚀试验,其结果对于特定部位材质的选择、腐蚀速率的预测以及相应防腐措施的制定具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The corrosivity of naphthenic acid was studied by iron powder test, and the effect of iron powder amount, reaction temperature and contact time on corrosion was observed. The results indicated that significant corrosion occurred in the temperature range of 280-320 . Corrosion by various acids was enhanced with the increase of contact time and the amount of iron powder. This test method could be used to simulate the corrosion under various temperatures in petroleum refining processing,and also it will be helpful for predicting corrosion rate,selecting material for specific parts or location and planning anti-corrosion measure,
