船用螺旋桨叶片砂带磨削加工自动编程技术研究

摘    要:介绍了自由曲面数控加工编程技术的国内外研究现状。根据船用螺旋桨叶片砂带磨削的加工特点,将螺旋桨叶片砂带磨削加工自动编程系统划分为五个功能模块,研究了砂带磨削加工刀具轨迹的生成过程。

Abstract:The status quo of investigations on NC processing and programming technique of free-form surfaces at home and abroad was introduced. Based on the machining characteristic of belt grinding for marine propeller vanes,the auto-programming system of belt grinding for marine propeller vane was divided into five functional modules,and the tool-path generation process of the belt grinding was researched.
