摘    要:介绍了一种高速插秧机分插机构——行星轮系曲柄摇杆分插机构的结构原理,建立了机构的运动学分析模型,编写了运动仿真程序,优化了结构参数,使分插机构的工作轨迹、取秧角、插秧角满足水稻插秧的要求。

Abstract:The structural principle of a kind of high-speed separate-planting mechanism-separate-planting mechanism with crank-rocker epicyclic gear-was introduced in this paper.The kinematic analytic model of mechanism was established.The kinematic simulative program was compiled with the optimized structural parameters,thus let the working track,angle of seedling fetching,angle of seedling planting of separate-planting mechanism be satisfied with the requirements of rice transplantation.
