提高钢球磨煤机衬板使用寿命的措施探讨

球磨机在运行当中的磨损特点是一种典型的三体磨损,即衬板、介质、钢球3者之间均存在着自身的磨损、崩离、破碎、失效问题。文章认为影响球磨机衬板磨损失效的因素主要有介质、运行工况、衬板材料、制造和安装质量等方面,指出通过提高原煤的可磨系数、合理选择衬板与磨球材质的匹配性、减少和杜绝空仓运行、合理使用磨煤机的出力、选用组合自固式衬板、选择合适的球磨和衬板材料等具体措施可提高衬板的使用寿命。如选用合金钢、高铬铸铁的合金材料和组合自固式的衬板结构后能够达到比较理想的磨擦付,其使用寿命可比高锰钢提高1~2倍,且维修工时能够减少98%以上。
