区域农业灌溉节水水平评价方法探讨

区域农业灌溉节水水平评价是农业用水管理与节水研究的重要内容。在分析农业灌溉用水特点的基础上，充分考虑区域农作物产出、作物种类、种植结构、气候及土壤等因素，引入工业节水指数评价方法，并对其进行了修正，提出了一种评价农灌节水水平的新方法。通过对河北省11个市地农灌节水水平进行实例计算分析并对此方法的可行性进行探讨。

Appraising the water-saving level of the regional agriculture is important contents on how to manage water supply for agriculture and studying on water control.A new kind of way to appraise water-saving level of agriculture irrigation is brought up on the basis of such factors as production of product of regional agriculture and types of product and plant structure and climate and soil and so on to be thought over thoroughly,and of analysis of character of water supply for agriculure irrigation,as well as of introducing from the way to appraise about water-saving indesx of industry.Discussing on the feasiblity way is based on analysis of character of practical experience for 11 cities in Hebei Province.
