工程监理日志规范性的探讨

监理日志是监理单位实施监理活动的原始记录和重要的存档资料．由于监理规范中尚无统一的记录格式，加之监理人员素质参差不齐，各监理单位内部要求不尽相同，造成监理日志记录质量不高，规范性差，不利于监理活动的正常开展．对当前监理日志存在的问题进行了分析，结合监理工作的任务和方法阐述了监理日志应当记录的内容，并根据江苏省监理用表（第三版）的监理日记格式给出了监理日志内容填写的参考样式．
