轻质炭黑AB325在子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用

摘    要:介绍轻质炭黑AB325在子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。结果表明,炭黑AB325含有的17%的低挥发性沥青质起增塑剂和助分散剂的作用,在缩短胶料混炼时间的同时不影响其它配合剂的分散,大大降低混炼能耗;炭黑AB325用量为10份时,胶料的综合物理性能较佳,气密性改进效果较好;胶料成本降低3%。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of Austin black AB325 in the inner liner of radial tire. The addition levels of AB325 were 5, 10, 15 and 20 phr. The results showed that the best physical properties of the rubber compound were obtained with 10 parts of AB325. The 17% volatile matter in AB325 contains inherent oils that act as an internal plasticizer and dispersing aid, which reduce mixing time without causing agglomeration or sacrificing the dispersion of other ingredients and significantly reduce the energy consumption. AB325 has a pH value of 7.0, has no influence on the curing rate, can absorb the gas generated during curing process and addition of as little as 20 parts AB325 will eliminate the disagreeable odor of peroxide cure system. Its chemical and ultraviolet resistance should enhance the properties of compounds. It can also improve the air tightness of rubber compounds. Most rubber compounds can be diluted with AB325 without impairing the physical properties. This may reduce the compound cost by about 3%.
