核电站工程开顶式施工技术

摘    要:模块化设计和建造技术是第三代核电技术的重要特征之一,开顶式施工是模块化技术应用的前提条件。结合核电站工程的厂房结构及施工特点,提出了开顶式施工可采用的4种楼板方案,并对各种方案的结构特点、设计要点、适用范围、优缺点进行了归纳总结。给出了实施开顶式施工的技术条件,可供核电站工程推广、应用开顶式施工方法借鉴。

Abstract:Modular design and construction technology are one of the most important features of the 3rd-generation nuclear power plant, and the opening-top construction is the precondition of application of modular technology. Combined with the powerhouse structure and construction characteristics of nuclear power plant project, this paper proposed four kinds of floor structure schemes for opening-top construction, and summarized these floor structure schemes' structure characteristics, design points, scope of application, advantage and disadvantage. Finally, the technology conditions of opening-top construction were suggested, which could provide references for the application of opening-top construction technology in nuclear power project.
