地区电网调度技术支撑平台的设计与实现

摘    要:为实现各应用系统的数据共享和互操作,建设一体化的地区电网调度技术支持系统,以能量管理系统(energymanagement system,EMS)的更新为契机,构建了以通用信息模型(common information model,CIM)为核心模型,并内建全景可视化图形互操作功能的调度技术支撑平台,实现对南昌地区电网模型及参数的统一管理以及基础资源的共享,有力地支撑了南昌地调智能电网调度体系的建设和发展。

Abstract:In order to realize the data sharing and interoperability of application system, as well as the integrated technical support system for regional power grid scheduling, this paper developed the technical support platform of scheduling, which taken the common information model (CIM) as the core model and had the graphics interoperability function of panoramic visualization, based on the update of energy management system ( EMS ). This technical support platform can realize the unified management of models and parameters for power grid and the sharing of basic resources in Nanchang, which can effectively support the construction and development of intelligent scheduling system for the regional power grid in Nanchang.
