摘    要:介绍江苏省95598供电服务中心话务量分析预测系统的总体设计思路、系统主要功能及应用效果,在掌握业务发展趋势、开展排班管理、前瞻性进行系统资源扩容、实施时段性话务高峰应急处置等方面,该系统均可发挥重要作用,具有可操作性和实用性,为实现95598供电服务中心高效率的运营管理、降低整体运营成本、保证客户服务品质、提升客户服务感知提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The article introduces the overall design, the main function and the application effect of communication business analysis and prediction system of Jiangsu province 95598 power supply service center. In the aspect of mastering business development trend, scheduling management, prospective system resources expansion, the implementation of peak business period of emergency disposal and other aspects, the system plays an important role, is an operable and practical application. It provides technical support to achieve the 95598 power supply service center highly efficient operation and management, reduce overall operating costs, ensure the quality of customer service, improve customer service awareness.
